…WITH NO INTERVENTION AND CONSERVATION

- We do not take as a souvenir any living or dead element of the protected area.

- We do not buy any animals, alive or dead, taken from the waters of the protected area.

- We do not stop on the reefs of the park.

- We do not touch the reefs of the park.

- We do not fisht.

- We give good use to the garbage produced by depositing them in the appropriate containers.

- We learn and teach about the various marine and coastal ecosystems of the park.

- We actively participate in protection, conservation and monitoring campaigns.

DECLARATION


During my Visit to the Natural National Park. I commit myself to follow the rules of this document and to follow the instructions of our guides and instructors to avoid any damage to the cosystems.

During my activities with Diving Planet and in general during my visit to Colombia. I will develop tourism activities that are respectful of the cultural and social environment , which allows to enjoy a positive exchange of experiences between residents and Visitors.

CANCELATION POLICIES


The 100% Reimbursement will be carried out in the following cases:

1- If the client or the representative of the agency cancels the services at least one day before the delivery of the service and before 4:00 pm

2- If by climatic or other circumstances of force majeure. Diving Planet can not provide the corresponding service.


The 50% Reimbursement will be carried out in the following cases:

1- If the serVIce is canceled after 4:00 pm of the day before the services are taken.


There is no refund in the following cases:

1- If the customer does not appear on the day of service

2- If the customer shows up after the stipulated departure time and the transport has already departed.
