DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

WHO CAN DO IT

PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive may enroll in a Rescue Diver course.

OUR PLAN

Two courses at the same time: Rescue with the theory and techniques to prevent and intervene positively in a diving emergency and EFR course (Emergency First Responder) based on internationally recognized standards for emergency support. With this plan you will stay one night at the Rosario Islands.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THEORY OF DIVING IN CARTAGENA
- You must read the Rescue manual included in the course and complete the knowledge reviews.
- 9 Theory sessions that can be made in 3 days according to your possibilities.

FIRST DAY OF DIVING
- The meeting point is at our dive center located in the Walled City (VIEW MAP) at 8:00 a.m. to fill in the corresponding paperwork.
- We leave at 8:30 a.m. for the marina where we take a fast boat.
- At 9:00 a.m. We leave for the Rosario Islands enjoying the views of Cartagena. The trip takes up to one hour.
- We arrive at one of the hotels on the islands where the diving instructors are waiting to provide you with the necessary equipment.
- Rescue and EFR surface exercises.
- Rescue diving exercises.
- After the activities, we provide you with a meal.
- Transfer to the selected hotel.

SECOND DAY
PLAN ON THE ISLANDS SECOND DAY
- Rescue and EFR surface exercises.
- Rescue diving exercises.
- Return to Cartagena at 3:00 pm arriving in Cartagena around 4:00 p.m. to register Rescue diver certification.

Important information before booking: If you make 2 dives in open waters or more than two consecutive days, you must wait at least 18 hours before flying.

Recommendations: Bring insect repellent, sunscreen, hat, sandals and swimwear. You can book your hotel directly (see options) or you can contact us to help you with your reservation.
