DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

WHO CAN DO IT

PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old are ready to step up and enroll in an Advanced Open Water Diver course.

OUR PLAN

The course begins by reading the PADI advanced book and 5 sessions of theory that can be completed in just one day. Then, in just two more days, you can complete your certification in open water at the Rosario Islands. This course includes 5 specialties: Deep and Navigation are mandatory. The other options are: Night Dive, Wrecks, Multilevel, Buoyancy, among others. With this plan you will stay one night at the Rosario Islands.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THEORY IN CARTAGENA
Once in our dive center, we give you the book you must read to start the actual classes in our classroom. You can do this in just 1 day.

FIRST PRACTICE DAY:
- The meeting point is our at dive center located in the Walled City (VIEW MAP) at 8:00 a.m. to fill in the corresponding paperwork.
- We leave at 8:30 a.m. for the marina where we take a fast boat.
- At 9:00 a.m. We leave for the Rosario Islands enjoying the views of Cartagena. The trip takes up to one hour.
- We arrive at one of the hotels on the islands where the diving instructors are waiting to provide you with the necessary equipment.
- Two certification dives in open water, accompanied by an instructor and between dives, a surface interval at the hotel.
- After the second dive, we provide you with a meal: Sandwich, fresh fries and soda, juice or water.
- At the end of the day, a night dive.
- Transfer to the selected hotel.

SECOND DAY
Two more dives and return to Cartagena at 3:00 pm arriving in Cartagena around 4:00 p.m. to register your certification as an Advanced Open Water Diver.

Important information before booking: If you make 2 dives in open waters or more than two consecutive days, you must wait at least 18 hours before flying.

Recommendations: Bring insect repellent, sunscreen, hat, sandals and swimwear. You can book your hotel directly (see options). Or you can contact us to help you with your reservation.
